Summit Hotel & Resort Management is launching a new family of hotels under the banner Clique Hotels & Resorts. Intent on being noticed, the firm also created the barely PG rated “You’re Invited to Sleep Around” slogan that invites clients to stay at any of the firm’s southern Alberta properties. The Acclaim Hotel at the Calgary International Airport had already raised eyebrows and incoming dollars with its “Sleep With Someone New” promotion. That edgy phrase was splashed on billboards and marketed at trade shows and through print media. It is hoped that Clique Hotels & Resorts quirky slogan is also successful. Each property under Clique’s management will keep its unique flavour while at the same time delivering more attentive customer service. The company is launching a new website that will provide one stop shopping for hotels under the Clique brand. The URL is www.clique.ca. Meanwhile the Acclaim Hotel, now in its second year of welcoming guests, will be offering dining at the new Pacini Pasta & Grill Restaurant. It is the first venture into western Canada for this restaurant chain. Opening is set for April of 2010. In Canmore, the Falcon Crest Lodge begins its sixth year of operation. The condo hotel has the reputation of being the leading property in the luxury condominium market in the Bow Valley. Falcon Crest Lodge combines the convenience and space of a fully furnished condo with hotel services such as restaurants, meeting space and customer service personnel. Clique Hotels & Resorts also manages Copperstone Resort in Dead Man’s Flats. The company has been at the helm of that property since 2009 and Copperstone continues to get top ratings in the competitive Canmore area. Stoneridge Mountain Resort, a new luxury Canmore property under the Clique label, will soon open its doors. The property will offer 110 impeccably furnished one, two and three bedroom suites.
