We live in the high-tech world. Because of the recent technical advances in the IT sphere, office work is no longer the same as it used to be a few years ago, with piles of documents everywhere around the office. Documents, undeniably, adversely impacted on the effectiveness of a corporation and it took office staff a good deal of time and effort to handle them. Now the days of paper-cluttered offices are gone. There are no more 'in' and 'out' boxes filled with documents. Now everything is computerized and stored in the form of a database. It is not surprising that advanced software packages are developed every day to optimize the office work. These up-to-date programs do not only do work quicker, but also a lot simpler. Most files are stored in the PDF format, since it has many advantages over others. One can deploy graphics and images, because this format compresses their size to e-mail it to another user conveniently. The PDF format is also safe, as it has a password-encryption protection tool to shield a PDF document from any unauthorized alteration. PDF files can range from a single-page file to more composite documents, such as brochures, data sheets, white papers and technical instructions, some containing thousands of pages, which makes them difficult to manage. At some point, you may want to print or mail several pages from a PDF file or to extract several pages into a new PDF papers leaving the master unaltered. A solution is to deploy a PDF splitter package. This type of software is famous for being user-friendly. It allows you to select your master (input) PDF file and apply a splitting pattern to receive the output file(s). Some upgraded software packages include the option to define a customized splitting pattern, having a lot in common with Doc printing pattern. For example: 1,2,3; 1-5,3; 4-5. This would result in three output files. The first one will include pages one, two and three. The second PDF document will have pages one to five and page three. The last one will have only pages 4 and 5. The process of splitting PDF files takes several mouse clicks and does not need specialist knowledge. A detailed instruction is provided by developers.
