Cinema industry is developing so fast that it's not possible to watch all the video films issued. But how you define which film is worthy of watching and what does not deserve your attention? You know that in some situations movies with an inviting title are boring videos and a waste of time. From other point of view, there are situations when the title does not draw your attention, when at the same time the film itself belongs to the high-class video films. You cannot also rely on reviews of people that have already watched the video. It goes without saying that tastes are different, so the video film that seemed exciting to one person will be boring for others, and vice versa. This is why the creation of film trailers has become a breakthrough in the cinema industry development. Film trailer, or video preview like it's also called, is an advertisement of the video film that is coming in cinemas in the future time. Such a name for this advertisement - trailer – appeared due to the fact that initially previews were shown in cinemas at the end of the exhibiting movie. Quite soon video producers realized that such practice was not beneficial as the majority of people left the theater when the movie ended without paying any attention to the previews of coming movies. Video advertisements were moved to the beginning of a seance in the cinema, but the term trailer remained the same. In such a way, at present time everybody has got an amazing chance to watch a film trailer before you make a decision whether to watch the movie itself or not. A video film preview is made of a number of scenes taken from the movie. These are generally the most exciting, laughable or otherwise noteworthy parts of the movie. These scenes generally give you an idea about the genre of the movie and its basic plotline, when at the same time you still don't know what's going to happen in the end. In this way you spend just a couple of minutes on watching a movie advertisement and you get an idea whether the video film is to your taste or not. I'm sure you agree that it's better to spend a minute or two on a video film preview than to waste about two hours on watching the movie you don't find interesting. If you take interest in a particular movie, you can be sure that you'll find its trailer in the Internet and it will help you to make a decision if you should go to the cinema or not. |
