Objectives (a) To make recovery available for the drug addicts/alcoholics through volunteers, professional and rehabilitation training programme (i.e. drug rehab/alcohol rehab) (b) To support those who want to abstain from drugs/alcohol and want to reform themselves through this trust. (c) To assist volunteers who would like to work in this direction elsewhere by this trust. (d) To assist persons/patients regarding rehabilitation technical information over the tele-communication/internet, etc. (e) To carry out periodic awareness programmes regarding the above issues through street plays, display of posters, slide programmes and films, participation of renowned doctors/social workers to address these issues. (f) To establish a volunteer center and make provisions for volunteer training programs. (g) To initiate work for the progress of physically, mentally, economically and socially disadvantaged persons. (h) Co-operate, network and affiliate/member with similar minded organizations/bodies/federations, international bodies having similar objectives and aims. (i) To make jobs available for the recovering addicts/alcoholics outside the rehabilitation center. (j) To help the addicts/alcoholics who are financially weak and who cannot afford treatment. (k) To promote employment-oriented skills and programmes. (l) To promote community health to benefit the weaker section of the rural and urban population, (m) To provide relief to the needy in areas affected by calamities. (n) To promote activities like yoga and other activities of a recreational nature. (o) To materially and financially support programmes of other institutions as having objects similar to that of the trust. (p) To raise the profile of children of addicts in the public consciousness. (q) To offer advice, information and fellowship to the addicts/alcoholics, families and children. (r) To help people to look at life rationally and enable them to join the mainstream of life. (s) To create, manage and maintain facilities, branches and franchises with likeminded organizations all over India. (t) To enhance the life chances and opportunities for addicts/alcoholics and their careers through the provision of effective preventive and rehabilitative Health and Social Care Services. (u) To foster research, identify and promote good practice and establish centers of excellence in the field of addiction and alcoholism. (v) To create, establish, administer and manage appropriate infrastructure facilities and services such as Resource Centers for Independent Living, Training & Rehabilitation centers, health Visiting & Community outreach Services for the benefit of addicts/alcoholics their careers, volunteers and professionals. (w) To constitute, extend and administer charitable funds, endowments and donor and grants in furtherance of the trusts objectives and as per the relevant compliance requirements of donors and respective regulatory bodies.
